Städter Horse Head Cookie Cutter 7.5 cm, Stainless Steel

Städter Horse Head Cookie Cutter – Horse Heads from Dough, Fondant and Marzipan

With the Städter horse head cookie cutter you can cut horse heads from shortcrust dough, fondant or marzipan. The cutter measures 7.5 cm and is made of stainless steel. According to Städter, the stainless steel is rustproof and food-safe, the surface is polished and shiny, and the cutter is spot-welded and dishwasher safe.

The cutter only cuts the outline; it does not emboss the dough. You can also use it for crafting and modelling, for example with modelling clay, salt dough or Fimo.

Clean horse heads every time

Roll out the dough evenly and chill it briefly before cutting so the outline stays sharp. Dip the cutter in flour from time to time so the dough does not stick. Place the cutter close to the previous cut and press straight down without twisting. For fondant and marzipan, lightly dust the work surface with icing sugar. Fine details such as the eye or mane can be added after cutting with a cocktail stick or the back of a knife.

Crafting and modelling

Modelling clay, salt dough or Fimo can also be cut with it, for example for pendants, gift decorations or magnets. If you have used the cutter for craft materials, do not use it for food afterwards.
