Rayher Soap Mould Squares – 4 Cavities for Soap, Concrete, Raysin and Wax

With the Rayher Squares soap mould (art. no. 34232000), you can cast four square pieces in one go. The mould has four cavities in three sizes: two cavities of 35 × 35 mm (for 34 g and 35 g of soap), one of 55 × 55 mm (88 g) and one of 60 × 60 mm (118 g). All cavities are 3 cm deep. This lets you cast small guest soaps and larger pieces at the same time.

The mould is made of sturdy PET and is reusable. It is suitable for soap, creative concrete, Raysin and wax.

Working with the mould

Keep the heat limit in mind: the mould is heat-resistant up to 60 °C, so your mixture should not be hotter than that when you pour it in. It is best to check the temperature with a thermometer. Pour the mixture evenly into the cavities up to the height you want and let it set completely before removing it from the mould.

Which cavity for which quantity?

The small 35 × 35 mm cavities hold about 34 g and 35 g of soap and suit guest soaps or gift tags. The medium and large cavities (88 g and 118 g) are suited to hand soaps. Plan the amount to cast using these figures so that you do not prepare too much mixture.

Note on use

Once you have cast soap, concrete, Raysin or wax in a mould, do not use it for food again.
