Rayher red rose petals – real dried petals for homemade soap and bath products

The red rose petals from Rayher are real, dried petals in a 3 g bag. You can mix them into homemade bath bombs, kneadable soap and bath salts, or use them to decorate finished wellness soap.

The petals themselves have no scent. If you want your soap or bath salts to smell of rose, lavender or something else entirely, add fragrance (and colour, if needed) separately. Rayher offers further flowers in this range, for example rosebuds and lavender, so you can put together your own mixes.

Using the petals

For kneadable soap and bath salts, simply mix the petals in. For bath bombs, add them to the mixture before you shape the bombs. To decorate, sprinkle single petals over the surface or press them into the still soft soap. In liquid melt-and-pour soap, light petals float to the top: if you want them spread evenly through the piece, stir them in only once the mixture has thickened slightly. At 3 g, this is a small quantity intended for decoration and individual pieces; for larger batches, plan on several bags.
