The DJECO Princess music box (art. no. DJ06599) is a wooden jewellery box with a musical movement. When you open it, it plays "The Magic Flute" by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and a princess figure turns to the music. You can display it as a music box to look at and listen to, or use it as a jewellery box.

The box is lined with velvet and has a drawer and a small compartment for rings. A leaf-shaped mirror complements the figure. At 18 × 11.2 × 9.8 cm, the music box fits on a chest of drawers or shelf.

How the music box works

The winding key is on the back: use it to wind the movement. When you then open the lid, the melody starts and the figure turns. Turn the key only until you feel resistance, so the movement is not overwound. If the music is too slow or stops, simply wind the music box again.

Using it as a jewellery box

In the drawer and the small ring slot you can keep rings, necklaces or small keepsakes. The velvet lining protects delicate pieces from scratches.
