Glorex Special Wood Wool Stuffing for Bears and Dolls, 150 g

Glorex Special Wood Wool – fine stuffing for bears and dolls

Glorex Special wood wool is a fine stuffing made from natural wood, produced without tropical wood. It is traditionally used to stuff teddy bears, dolls and soft toys. The bag contains 150 g in natural colour. According to Glorex, the wood wool is a natural product and very light.

As well as stuffing, it can be used for decorating, for example nativity scenes, Easter nests and gift baskets. For larger quantities, the wood wool is also available in a 500 g bag.

Stuffing with wood wool

Tease the wood wool into small tufts and stuff it in a little at a time. Push each portion into the arms, legs and head with a stuffing stick or the handle of a wooden spoon before you fill the body. This spreads the material evenly and leaves no gaps. If you stuff firmly, the figure will have a firm, traditional feel. Close the seam only once the shape is evenly filled, and make sure no wood wool gets caught in the seam edge.
