The flat squeaker (51 mm) is designed to be sewn into dolls and soft toys. You put it inside figures you have sewn or repaired, so that they make a sound when squeezed.

The flat shape fits well into parts of the body that do not offer much space, such as a narrow tummy or a flat body.

Inserting the squeaker

Place the squeaker inside before you close the opening, and squeeze it once to test it. Nestle it in the toy stuffing and pad it all round so that it stays in place and does not move around in the filling. Position it where you can easily reach it when playing or cuddling, for example in the tummy. Then sew the opening closed carefully with small stitches.
