EFCO Beech Wood Rings – A Base for Macramé, Dreamcatchers and Decorations

EFCO wooden rings are solid, smooth-sanded beech wood rings for macramé, dreamcatchers, wall decorations and other craft projects. They come in sizes from Ø 40 to 115 mm; choose your size from the options. They are made in the EU.

The surface is untreated. You can therefore use the rings straight away: glue things onto them, paint them, crochet around them with yarn or leave them natural.

Working with the wooden rings

For macramé, knot the cords directly around the ring, for example with lark's head knots, and hang wall hangings or plant hangers from it. For a dreamcatcher, stretch the web inside the ring. If you want to paint the ring, lightly sand the surface with fine sandpaper first if needed, as the wood fibres can rise when you apply paint. To crochet around a ring, work double crochet stitches around it until the wood is covered.

Which size?

Small rings are suitable for key rings or details on decorations. Larger rings are good for macramé circles and wall hangings. Do not use the rings for toys or teethers.
