The Rayher complete jewellery clasp is a pre-assembled metal clasp with a lobster clasp for handmade bracelets, necklaces and other jewellery projects using cords up to Ø 2 mm. The end caps are already attached, so you do not need to assemble the clasp first. At 3 cm long, it stays discreet on the finished piece. Choose your colour from the options.

The pack contains 1 piece. You therefore need one clasp for a bracelet or a necklace, and more for several pieces of jewellery.

Attaching the clasp

What matters is the cord diameter: the clasp is designed for cords up to Ø 2 mm. Measure your cord beforehand, as thicker cords will not fit into the end caps. Cut the end of the cord straight so that it sits neatly in the end cap, and try the length of the piece against your wrist or neck before attaching it.

What the clasp suits

The lobster clasp can be opened and closed with one hand. This is handy for bracelets that you put on by yourself. Because of its length of 3 cm, the clasp suits slim cords and delicate jewellery best.
