Rayher Steel Table Lamp Base – the Basis for Your Own Table Lamp

The Rayher metal table lamp base (art. no. 23101576) is the basis for a table lamp you design yourself. You fit a shade of your choice and turn it into a bedside, desk or living room lamp. The base is made of matt black steel and has a simple shape that suits both classic and modern shades.

The overall height is 32 cm, of which 25 cm is the metal rod, and the base is 13 cm in diameter. Soft foam sheet is stuck to the underside so that the base protects your furniture. The screw ring holds the shade and lets you swap it easily later. The 1.55 m cable has a rocker switch and a Euro plug type C, so you switch the lamp on and off directly at the cable.

Shade and bulb

To use the lamp you need a lampshade and a bulb, neither of which is included. The E27 holder takes bulbs up to max. 40 W. As a shade, Rayher names the Metal Flexi Frame (art. no. 23104576), which is intended for this base. Other shades fit if their fitting matches the screw ring of the base. Measure this before buying. Unplug the lamp from the mains before every bulb change.
