LED Lantern Stick 40 cm – Pole and Lantern Light Up

The LED lantern stick is an electric pole for lantern parades, for example on St Martin's Day. It has 3 integrated LEDs, so not only the lantern but also the pole itself lights up. This makes the person carrying it easier to see in the dark. The stick is 40 cm long and has a hook for the lantern and an on/off switch.

The stick runs on 3 AAA (1.5 V) batteries. The batteries are included, so you can use it straight away.

Using the lantern stick

Hang the lantern on the hook at the end of the stick and switch the stick on with the on/off switch. The LEDs in the stick light up as soon as it is switched on. After the parade, switch it off again to save the batteries.

Batteries

If the LEDs become dimmer, the batteries are usually running low. Replace all three cells together with new ones of the same type (AAA) and make sure you insert them with the correct polarity. If you are not going to use the stick for a long time, remove the batteries.
