Eberhard Faber Glitter Modelling Clay – 4 soft colours for kneading and mixing

The Eberhard Faber Mini Kids glitter modelling clay is a set of 4 tubs of 100 g soft clay in orange, lilac, pink and green. It is intended for children aged 3 and over and, according to the manufacturer, is clean and easy to knead. While rolling, pressing and shaping, children also train their fine motor skills; according to Eberhard Faber, the clay supports the motor development of nursery and pre-school children.

The clay is made in Germany and consists of 97% natural ingredients. Each colour comes in a resealable plastic tub that protects the clay from drying out.

Kneading, shaping, mixing

The soft clay is easy to shape even with small hands. To start with, rolling, pressing and squeezing are enough to make snakes, balls or simple animals. Older children can add modelling tools and shape cutters to give their figures more detail. All the colours in the set can be mixed together to create new shades.

Keeping the clay soft

Put the lid back on each tub after playing so that the clay does not dry out. Mixed colours cannot be separated again. If children knead two colours together, it is best to mix only small pieces so that the other colours in the tubs stay clean.
