Städter Embossing Cookie Cutter Fawn – Pre-Embossed Shape for Dough, Fondant and Marzipan

The Städter embossing cookie cutter fawn is made of stainless steel and cuts a fawn shape from dough, fondant or marzipan. The pre-embossing gives the shape an additional raised design.

The cutter is also suitable for crafting and modelling, for example with modelling clay, salt dough or FIMO. The fawn suits animal and woodland themes, such as biscuits, cake decorations or salt dough pendants.

How to cut out

Roll out the dough evenly and lightly flour the cutter so that nothing sticks. Press it firmly into the dough and carefully lift out the shape. For fondant and marzipan, a work surface lightly dusted with icing sugar helps. For salt dough, modelling clay or FIMO, proceed in the same way and press the cutter down evenly so that the embossing shows up cleanly in the material.

Use
