Press the Städter bunny face embossing cookie cutter into dough, fondant or marzipan to get small bunnies with a pre-embossed face. It is made of stainless steel and measures 5 cm. It suits Easter biscuits, cake decorations or little bunnies as table decorations. You can also use it for crafting and modelling, for example with modelling clay, salt dough or FIMO.

Getting a clean embossing

So that the pre-embossing stays clearly visible, roll out the dough evenly and cut out well-chilled dough. Dip the cutter briefly in flour first, or in cornflour or icing sugar for fondant, and nothing will stick. Press the cutter straight and firmly down, lift out the bunny carefully and bake it on the tray. Firm shortcrust dough spreads less during baking, so the outlines stay sharper.

Using the cutter for crafts

Salt dough, modelling clay and FIMO can be cut out in the same way. Do not use the cutter for food afterwards. Wash it thoroughly after each use and dry it.
