With the Städter ski cookie cutter you can cut skis from biscuit dough, fondant or marzipan. The cutter is 12 cm in size and made of stainless steel with a shiny finish. According to Städter, the stainless steel is rustproof and the cutter is food-safe and dishwasher safe, so cleaning up after baking is quick.

The shape suits winter and sports themes, for example gift tags, cake decorations or Christmas biscuits. At 12 cm long, the skis are clearly visible. Matching ski poles are available as a separate cookie cutter.

Cutting out the skis

Roll out the dough evenly and dip the cutter briefly in flour before each cut so the dough comes away cleanly. Cut the shapes close together to leave as little dough waste as possible. Lift the cut-out skis carefully onto the baking tray with a knife or dough scraper. For fondant and marzipan, dust the work surface with icing sugar instead of flour.

Also for crafting

The cutter is also suitable for modelling clay, salt dough or FIMO. If you have used it for modelling compound, it is best not to use it for food afterwards.
