Rayher screen printing stencil Anlass A5 – self-adhesive, with squeegee

The Rayher screen printing stencil Anlass A5 transfers delicate designs with acrylic paint onto fabric, wood, stretched canvas, paper, concrete, terracotta and other surfaces. The mesh is 100 % polyester, fine and soft, so even thin lines are reproduced cleanly. The stencil is self-adhesive and reusable. A special gummed coating helps it stick to many surfaces.

The pack contains one stencil and one squeegee, which spreads the paint evenly through the design. Instructions are included.

How to print with the stencil

The surface must be smooth, and free from dust and grease. Wash fabrics beforehand. With thin fabrics, place a protective sheet underneath so that the paint does not bleed through.

• Lay the stencil in place and press it down firmly.
• Apply the paint in a broad line on the stencil above the design.
• Hold the stencil at the top with one hand and pull the paint downwards with the squeegee at a 45° angle until the whole design is covered.
• Immediately peel the stencil off carefully, sideways and flat.

Cleaning and tips

Clean the stencil and squeegee with water straight after printing, while the paint is still wet. On fabric, the paint must be fixed once it has dried. For special highlights, you can sprinkle fine glitter into the still-wet paint.
