The Victorinox Work Champ (art. no. 0.8564) is a large Swiss Army knife with 21 functions for the workshop, home, garden and leisure. It combines a blade, scissors, combination pliers, wood and metal saws, metal file, wire stripper, corkscrew and tin opener in one tool. At a length of 111 mm, it replaces many individual tools for cutting, sawing, filing and opening.

The knife is made in Switzerland. For work on wood, metal or wire, you have the right tools together in a single device.

Which tools does the Work Champ include?

The focus is on craftwork and repairs. With the wood saw, metal saw and metal file, you can work wood, metal and plastic on the spot. The combination pliers grip wires and small parts, cut wire and crimp ferrules. With the wire stripper, you remove the insulation from cables. For the home and breaks, a corkscrew, tin opener and lockable bottle opener are included. Scissors, tweezers, toothpick and reamer with punch and sewing awl cover smaller tasks.

Tips for use

The screwdrivers differ in size and shape: the 1.5 mm mini screwdriver suits fine screws, for example on glasses or electronics. The 7 mm screwdriver is intended for larger slotted screws, and the Phillips screwdrivers for cross-head screws. Only use the pliers and wire stripper on cables that are not live. Only fold out the tool you need, and close it fully again after use.
