Efco mobile wire set, 12 galvanised iron mobile wires

Efco mobile wires – 12 wires in 4 lengths for your own mobiles

The Efco mobile set contains 12 ready-cut mobile wires in galvanised iron, which you can use to make your own mobile. There is no need to cut wire to length, as the wires come in four lengths: 4 × 12.5 cm, 4 × 15 cm, 2 × 20 cm and 2 × 25 cm.

The different lengths help you plan the structure: use the short wires for the lower levels and the long ones for the upper section. That way you can plan a mobile with several tiers without having to cut any wire.

Making a mobile

Bend the wire ends into small loops or hooks with round-nose pliers so that thread and pendants hold securely. Then hang the elements from the ends and tie a hanging thread to the middle of the wire. Slide the thread along until the wire hangs level. Work from the bottom up: first balance the lowest tier, then hang it from the next wire.
