Efco Craft Straws, 22 cm, 50 Pieces, Assorted Colours

Efco craft straws in assorted colours – for straw stars, straw angels and natural decorations

Efco straws are a craft material made of straw: 50 stalks in assorted colours, each approx. 22 cm long. You fold, plait and arrange them into straw stars, straw angels and other natural decorations, including Advent and floristry projects.

The stalks are intended for crafting and are not drinking straws. At approx. 22 cm, the length suits stars and angels in handy sizes. With a straw splitter you split the stalks lengthways and shape them.

Working with the straws

Dry straw breaks easily. Use a straw splitter to slit the stalks and open them out into flat strips that fold neatly. For stars, join the strips with thread or glue. Try a single stalk first to see how it behaves, especially if you want to dampen it.
