WEDO Safety Cutter Double Side, Standard and Hook Blade

WEDO Safety Cutter Double Side – two blades, just turn it instead of changing blades

The WEDO Safety Cutter Double Side is a utility knife for packaging work with two blades: turn it in your hand and the other blade is ready to use. It comes fitted with a standard blade (trapezoid) and a hook blade, both made of SK5 carbon steel. So you don't need to swap blades when moving between cardboard and strapping.

The blade retraction is automatic and works without pressing the slider. It is built in for both blades. The blade guide is made of metal and the grip area is rubberised. The cutter suits right- and left-handers; left-handers simply turn the blade once.

Which blade for which job?

According to WEDO, the standard blade is intended for cardboard, card, carpet and film, the hook blade for straps and cords. For parcels and strapping, you only need to turn the cutter to change blade. Always cut away from your body and on a stable surface.

Spare blades in the magazine

The integrated blade magazine holds one spare blade for each of the two blade types. When a blade goes blunt, the replacement is right at hand and you don't have to interrupt your work.
