Faber-Castell Large-Capacity Ink Cartridges, Royal Blue, Erasable, 5 Pack

Faber-Castell large-capacity ink cartridges in royal blue – erasable, 5 pack

Faber-Castell large-capacity standard ink cartridges are royal blue ink cartridges for fountain pens with a standard cartridge system. The ink is erasable, so you can correct what you have written. One box contains 5 cartridges.

Thanks to the large volume, you can write for longer before you need to change the cartridge. This is worthwhile for school exercise books, lecture notes or longer writing tasks in the office. According to Faber-Castell, the ink is made in Austria.

Will the cartridge fit your fountain pen?

The cartridges are designed for fountain pens with a standard cartridge system. Before buying, check that your pen takes this system, as some fountain pens require their own cartridge types. The large-capacity cartridge is longer than a short standard cartridge; whether it fits your model depends on the cartridge length the barrel can take – check the barrel or your pen's instructions.

Changing the cartridge

Unscrew the barrel, pull out the empty cartridge and push the new one onto the spike, narrow end first, until it clicks audibly into place. Press firmly enough for the tip of the cartridge to be pierced. Then write a few lines until the ink flows evenly.
