Prym Cover Buttons Ø 15 mm – Make Buttons from Your Own Fabric

With these Prym cover buttons, you can turn your favourite fabric into matching buttons for your own creations. The pack contains 6 button blanks, Ø 15 mm, made of rustproof metal, each with a sturdy wire shank for sewing on. The matching tool and instructions are included.

A toothed rim on the inside holds the stretched fabric in place, so it sits evenly. Depending on the textile used, the finished buttons are washable up to 60 °C.

How to cover the buttons

A template for cutting the circular piece of fabric is printed on the packaging, and the instructions show you the individual steps using the tool provided. Thin to medium-weight fabrics can be stretched evenly over the small blank. With thick fabrics, the covering is bulkier. If you want to wash the buttons, the fabric should also be suitable for that temperature.

Which size to choose

Ø 15 mm is a small to medium size. The range also includes buttons in Ø 11 mm, 19 mm and 23 mm, each with a fixed quantity per pack.
