Prym Love Fabric Clips – Sewing Clips Instead of Pins

The Prym Love fabric clips (art. no. 610180) hold layers of fabric together when sewing, tacking and quilting without damaging the material. You get 12 clips in assorted colours in a heart-shaped box.

At approx. 2.6 cm long, they are easy to handle and quick to put on and take off.

When clips are better than pins

Pin holes stay visible for good in oilcloth or leather. Clips fix these materials in place without leaving holes. They also hold several layers of fabric firmly together, for example when tacking. The clips also help to secure quilt binding and can be used for patchwork with paper templates (English paper piecing).

How to use the clips

Squeeze the clips together at the grip end, slide them over the fabric edges and release. Place them along the edge of the seam allowance at even intervals. Remove each clip before the sewing machine needle reaches it, so that the needle does not hit plastic or metal.
