Efco Empty Bottle 100 ml – Refillable, with Trimmable Nozzle

The Efco empty bottle holds 100 ml and is used to decant liquids yourself and apply them precisely, for example gutta in silk painting. The bottle is filled through the screw cap on the bottle head. You can trim the nozzle with a knife if needed. The applicator cap supplied closes the nozzle when you put the bottle down between uses.

Setting up the bottle

Unscrew the cap on the bottle head, pour in the liquid you want and close the bottle again. The size of the nozzle opening determines how fine the line will be. Trim the nozzle in small steps and draw a test line on a scrap piece after each cut. A cut cannot be undone, and an opening that is too large gives thick lines.

Using it with gutta and silk painting

For gutta work, you use it to draw the outlines on the silk. When you have finished, put the applicator cap on the nozzle so that nothing dries up or leaks out.
