Creativ Company plastic rolling pin – roll out clay and modelling compound evenly

The Creativ Company plastic rolling pin rolls out modelling clay, clay, FIMO and other modelling compounds into even sheets. It works particularly well with Foam Clay and Silk Clay. With a diameter of 40 mm and a roller width of 115 mm, it sits compactly in the hand. The roller width is enough for strips and sheets up to about 11 cm wide.

The surface is smooth and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Plastic is light, so your hand tires less quickly when rolling out small pieces.

How to roll out evenly

First knead the material until soft and shape it into a flat disc. Then roll from the centre outwards and turn the piece now and then so the sheet does not become thinner on one side. For sheets of even thickness, place a strip of the same height on the left and right of the material and roll over them.

Cleaning and use

Wipe the rolling pin with a damp cloth after use and do not put it in the dishwasher. Once you have used a rolling pin for modelling compound, do not use it for food afterwards.
