The Prym sewing machine bobbins (art. no. 611350) are metal bobbins for sewing machines with a CB hook. According to Prym, the CB system with a central bobbin is the most widely used system and is intended for domestic use. The pack contains 5 silver-coloured bobbins, 20.5 mm in diameter and 11.7 mm high.

With several bobbins, you can wind the bobbin thread for different thread colours in advance, so you don't have to stop and rewind in the middle of a sewing project when you change colour.

Will the bobbins fit your machine?

The bobbins only fit machines with a CB hook for central bobbins. Bobbins from other systems, such as flat bobbins, are not interchangeable. The safest way is to compare the diameter (20.5 mm) and height (11.7 mm) with your existing bobbin, or to check your sewing machine's instruction manual.

Metal or plastic?

Metal bobbins are silver-coloured and not transparent, so you cannot see the thread supply from the outside. If you want to keep an eye on the colour and the amount of thread left, Prym also offers the bobbins in transparent plastic (4 pieces per pack).
