Städter Mini Bundt Tin, Set of 2, ø 10 cm, Non-Stick

Städter Mini Bundt Tins – Set of 2 with Non-Stick Coating

The Städter mini bundt tin is made of metal and has an Ilaflon non-stick coating. The set contains 2 tins, each ø 10 cm and 4.5 cm high, just right for small bundt cakes that you can serve individually or give as gifts. According to the manufacturer, the coating is PFAS-free and heat-resistant up to 230 °C, which covers the usual baking temperatures for sponge batter.

The capacity of 250 ml helps with planning: you can divide the batter for one recipe between the tins. Fill the tins only about two thirds full, as it rises during baking.

Caring for the non-stick coating

Let the tins cool slightly after baking and clean them by hand with hot water, mild washing-up liquid and a soft cloth. The coating lasts longer if you avoid scouring sponges and abrasive cleaners. For loosening and cutting, wooden or silicone utensils are better than sharp metal knives.
