Glorex Case Clasp with Clinch Pins 19 x 26 mm, 2 Pairs, Gold Colour

Glorex case clasp 19 x 26 mm – gold colour, with clinch pins

The Glorex case clasp fastens cases, small boxes and similar craft projects with a hinged catch. The bag contains 2 pairs in gold colour, each pair made up of a clasp and a catch plate. The clinch pins for fixing them are included.

At 19 x 26 mm the clasp is compact and fits small to medium-sized lids and flaps. As you get two pairs, the pack is enough for two projects or for one lid with two clasps.

Fitting the clasp

Position the clasp and the catch plate with the lid closed and mark their positions. Check that both parts sit centrally and at the same height before you insert the pins. Fix the part on the lid first, close the lid and line up the catch plate with it. That way the clasp will fit exactly later on. The clinch pins are intended for fitting the clasp. On a hard surface such as wood, you can pierce or pre-drill the holes so that nothing splits.
