DEKA PermDisco – glow in the dark fabric paint for light fabrics

DEKA-PermDisco glow in the dark paint is a fabric paint for painting light natural fabrics such as cotton so that the design glows in the dark. The paint is phosphorescent: it charges up with light and releases it again in the dark. You do not need a battery or electricity.

The paint is water-based, dries quickly and is easy to spread. With the 25 ml jar you can decorate T-shirts, hats, costumes or decorations, for example. The colours can be mixed with one another. The paint comes in 5 colours; choose your colour from the options.

Painting with glow paint

The paint is intended for light and white natural fabrics, such as cotton T-shirts, tote bags or hats. On a light background the design is also clearly visible in daylight. When painting T-shirts, place a piece of cardboard or foil inside the garment so that the paint does not soak through to the back. Apply the paint with a brush, sponge or stencil. As it dries quickly, work swiftly and you can carry on painting soon afterwards. Clean your brushes in cold water and soap after use, before the paint dries on.

Glow effect and care

For the design to glow in the dark, it must first absorb light. Hold the painted textile in the light for a while before it gets dark. The colours can be mixed with one another to create your own shades. According to the manufacturer, painted textiles can be washed at up to 60 °C.
