Urban Leather – natural leather with individual character

The Re:Designed Project 44 is made from what is known as Urban Leather Quality. This is milled cowhide that is dyed first, before the surface is given a final treatment.

This process preserves the natural structure of the leather. As a result, each bag has individual features, and its surface texture may differ slightly from other bags. After dyeing, a light layer of wax is applied, giving the leather a pleasantly smooth, soft surface.

Our tip: The Project 44 will interest knitters who want to keep their circular knitting needles and accessories organised and carry them comfortably. With its different ways of carrying, it is suitable for use at home, at knitting meet-ups, in classes or on the go.

For care, RE:DESIGNED recommends regular use of a suitable leather balm. This can extend the life of the leather and improve its resistance to dirt and water.
