Koh-i-noor Template for Screws and Nuts – Labelled and Transparent

The Koh-i-noor drawing template (art. no. 749193) lets you draw screws and nuts in technical drawings neatly and in fixed sizes. It is made of clear polystyrene, so you can see the drawing area underneath and line the template up exactly with your guidelines. All openings and outlines are labelled with their size, so you can find the right one without measuring.

For screws, the template covers sizes from 1 to 25 mm, and for nuts sizes M 2 to M 30. It suits design and technology lessons, training, university study and mechanical engineering drawing.

Drawing with the template

Place the template on your sheet and line up the centre lines of the opening you want with your guidelines. Read the size from the label so that you choose the right opening for the screw or nut. Hold the pen upright and run it close along the edge for an even line. With ink, lift the template straight off after each stroke so nothing smudges. Polystyrene is transparent, so you can see outlines and guidelines directly as you position it.
