Städter 3D Fir Tree Cake Tin – Christmas Tree Cake with Quick-Release Clip

The Städter 3D fir tree cake tin lets you bake Christmas trees as a three-dimensional cake. The tin consists of two halves held together by a quick-release clip, and they open easily again for turning out. A recipe and instructions are included in the pack.

The metal tin has a non-stick coating (Xynflon) that is made without PFAS. According to Städter, it is heat-resistant up to 250 °C. The fir tree measures approx. 14.5 × 20 × 13 cm, and with the clip the tin measures 19 × 21 × 13 cm. The capacity of 1000 ml helps you to estimate the amount of batter needed for the recipe.

Caring for the non-stick coating

After baking, clean the tin by hand with hot water, mild washing-up liquid and a cloth. Scourers and abrasive cleaners damage the coating, so keep them well away. For the same reason, it is best to cut the cake outside the tin and not to use sharp-edged metal utensils in it. When turning out, first open the quick-release clip and then carefully lift off the halves.
