Städter Donkey Embossed Cookie Cutter – Stainless Steel, 10.5 cm

With the Städter embossed donkey cookie cutter, you can cut donkeys from dough, fondant or marzipan. At 10.5 cm, the donkey is large enough for biscuits that are easy to recognise, and the embossing presses a pattern into the figure as you cut. The cutter is made of stainless steel. You can also use it for crafting and modelling, for example with modelling clay, salt dough or FIMO.

For its stainless steel cutters, Städter states that they are rustproof, dishwasher safe and food-safe. This cutter can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Cutting tips

Roll out the dough evenly and chill it if it is soft. Dust the cutter lightly with flour, or with icing sugar for fondant and marzipan, so that nothing sticks. Press it down firmly and vertically so that the outline is cut cleanly and the embossing shows. Lift the cutter straight up and carefully release the donkey with your fingers or a spatula. If dough sticks in the embossed edges, dust the cutter with flour again.

For crafts too

With modelling clay, salt dough or FIMO, you can cut donkey-shaped pendants, table decorations or gift decorations. If you have used the cutter with FIMO or other modelling compounds, do not use it for food afterwards.
