Städter Sports Car Embossing Cookie Cutter – Outlines for Dough, Fondant and Marzipan

With the Städter sports car embossing cookie cutter, you cut cars out of dough, fondant or marzipan and emboss the details at the same time. The cutter has outlines for the tyres, bumper, windows and door, so there is nothing left to draw in afterwards. It is made of stainless steel. According to Städter, the embossing cutters in this series are made of rustproof stainless steel and are food-safe and dishwasher safe.

Besides baking, it is also suitable for crafting: you can use it to cut out and shape modelling clay, salt dough or Fimo. Städter also mentions felting work as well as soap making and candle casting as areas of use.

Using the embossing cookie cutter

Roll the dough out evenly and press the cutter down firmly, so that the outline is cut out and the inner pattern is embossed. With shortcrust or gingerbread dough, the details are best preserved if the dough is well chilled. If the dough or fondant is sticky, lightly dust the cutter with flour or cornflour and release the car carefully so that the embossing does not smudge.

Cleaning and craft use

You can clean the cutter in the dishwasher. If you have used it for crafting, for example with Fimo, salt dough or soap, do not use it for food afterwards.
