Städter Mandelhase Bunny Cookie Cutter – Stainless Steel for Dough, Marzipan and Craft Clay

With the Städter Mandelhase bunny cookie cutter, you can cut bunnies from dough, fondant or marzipan. The stainless steel cutter is approx. 8 cm long, which suits Easter biscuits, cake decorations and small marzipan figures.

You can also use it for crafting and modelling, for example with modelling clay, salt dough or FIMO. This gives you evenly shaped bunnies of the same size for tags, gift decorations or Easter table decorations.

Cutting clean bunnies

Roll out the dough evenly and press the cutter straight down without twisting it. This keeps the outlines sharp. If the dough sticks, lightly dust the cutter with flour. For fondant and marzipan, use icing sugar instead. Firm, well-chilled dough cuts more cleanly than soft dough.

Crafting or baking – choose one

Once you have used the cutter for FIMO, modelling clay or salt dough, do not use it for food afterwards. If you want to do both, it is best to use a second cutter.
