Fridolin Origami Paper "Elefant" – 20 Sheets, 20.3 x 20.3 cm, 80 gsm

Fridolin Origami Paper "Elefant" – 20 Sheets of Folding Paper, 20.3 × 20.3 cm

Fridolin Origami Paper "Elefant" is square folding paper for origami. The pack contains 20 sheets measuring 20.3 × 20.3 cm at 80 gsm, in assorted colours.

Origami is the Japanese art of paper folding. Square sheets are usually used, from which you fold two- or three-dimensional objects, such as animals or geometric figures. With 20 sheets you have enough material for several models or for trial folds before the actual piece.

Tips for crisp folds

At 80 gsm, the paper is about the weight of standard printer paper. This makes it easy to fold and crease without being stiff like card. Start with a simple model and fold one sheet as a trial before using another sheet for the finished piece.

• Lay the sheet on a flat surface and line up the edges exactly.
• Run your fingernail along each fold to make it sharp.
• Fold in the order given in your instructions and complete each step before starting the next.
