Set Square Protractor 25 cm, Clear Acrylic Geometry Triangle

25 cm Geometry Set Square – Protractor Triangle with Degree Scale and Parallel Lines

This 25 cm geometry set square is made of clear acrylic. You can use it to measure angles, draw straight lines and draw parallels for school, university, the office, technical drawing and craft projects. Because it is transparent, you can see the drawing underneath and position the triangle exactly.

The degree scale runs in both directions from 0° to 180° in 1° steps. This means you can read angles from the left or from the right without turning the sheet. A 45° line helps with perspective and technical drawings. The ruler scale extends 11 cm in both directions.

Measuring and drawing

To measure, place the centre mark of the base edge on the vertex and line the edge up with the first arm of the angle. Read the angle from the scale on which the arm starts at 0°. For parallels, line the edge of the triangle up with an existing line and slide it along the parallel lines.

For clean lines

Hold the pencil close to the edge and keep it upright. If the pencil is tilted, the line ends up beside the mark and the angle becomes inaccurate. Hold the triangle in place with your free hand while drawing so that it does not slip.
