STABILO EASYbuddy – ergonomic school fountain pen with M nib
The STABILO EASYbuddy in purple/magenta is a school fountain pen for children who already write fluently – STABILO gives an age of approx. 8 to 10 years. The soft, non-slip grip zone is shaped for left- and right-handers and encourages a relaxed, correct pen hold. The M nib with iridium tip glides smoothly across the paper.
The barrel takes two standard cartridges. The large window lets you see the ink level of both cartridges. The cap protects the nib from drying out, and a technology developed by STABILO is designed to prevent ink from leaking.
Which nib is right?
The EASYbuddy comes with three nibs: A for beginners, M as the standard nib and L specially for left-handers. This pen has the M nib for everyday writing. If your child is just starting out with a fountain pen, the A nib is designed for that; for left-handed children, the L nib is worth a look.
Cartridges and ink
As two cartridges fit in the barrel, the second can go along as a spare. When the first runs out, you swap it for the spare and think about getting more in good time – the window shows you when that moment has come. With the royal blue, erasable STABILO cartridges, mistakes can be removed with an ink eraser.
