These medium cork granules are a filling made from recycled cork for craft projects, cushions, decoration, terrariums and DIY projects. The grain size is approx. 3–8 mm. The material is light, elastic and holds its shape, so filled items keep their form.

The pack contains 1.3 kg, which is approx. 10 litres. To work out how much you need, measure the volume of the space you want to fill, such as a cushion cover or a container, in litres and compare it with this figure.

Uses for the granules

As a filling, the granules are suitable for decorative cushions, small bean bags or light craft figures that should keep their shape. In terrariums you can use them as decoration and substrate, and in DIY as insulating material.

Tips for use

For cushions and fabric items, use a tightly woven inner cover and sew it up carefully so that no granules trickle through the seams. For very fine or narrow spaces, grains of 3–8 mm are rather coarse, so it is better to fill larger shapes.
