With the Städter embossed cookie cutter, you cut Father Christmas faces from biscuit dough, fondant or marzipan. The cutter has a pre-embossed design that gives the face its texture. It measures 9 cm.

The cutter is made of stainless steel. According to Städter, its stainless steel embossed cutters are rustproof, food-safe and dishwasher safe, which makes cleaning easy after baking. You can also use the cutter for crafting and modelling, for example with modelling clay, salt dough or FIMO.

Cutting out

Roll the dough out evenly so that the embossing is the same depth everywhere. Chilled dough cuts more cleanly. Dip the cutter briefly in flour before cutting, or in icing sugar for fondant and marzipan, so nothing sticks. Press it straight down with even pressure and carefully release the piece of dough. Take care not to touch the cutting edge when cleaning.

Crafting with the cutter

For modelling clay, salt dough or FIMO, the cutter works just as it does with dough. Once you have used a cutter for craft materials, do not use it for food again.
