With the stainless steel Christmas tree cookie cutter from Städter, you can cut Christmas trees from biscuit dough, fondant or marzipan. It cuts not only the outline but also small motifs inside the shape. Your Christmas trees get an openwork look with a three-dimensional effect.

According to the manufacturer, the cutter is rustproof, food-safe and dishwasher safe. It is spot-welded and has a glossy finish. At 8 × 7.5 cm, it suits biscuits of a usual size.

Getting the cut-outs right

Chilled dough cuts more cleanly. Dip the cutter briefly in flour before each cut so that nothing sticks. Press it evenly through the dough, then carefully push out the small pieces cut inside, for example with a cocktail stick. This works the same way with fondant and marzipan.
