Städter gingerbread man cookie cutter 13 cm – stainless steel for dough, fondant and marzipan

The Städter embossed gingerbread man cookie cutter is made of stainless steel and has a pre-embossed design. You can use it to cut gingerbread men from dough, fondant or marzipan. At approx. 13 cm, the figure is large enough for gingerbread to decorate and give as gifts. The cutter is also suitable for crafting and modelling, for example with modelling clay, salt dough or Fimo.

The gingerbread man is also available in this range in 5.5 cm, 7.5 cm and 21 cm. For tree decorations or small biscuits, choose a smaller size; for large figures, a larger one.

Cutting out the gingerbread man

Roll out the dough to an even thickness so that all the figures bake through evenly. If the dough is sticky, dip the cutter briefly in flour first; for fondant or marzipan, use a little icing sugar. Press the cutter straight down with even pressure, lift it off vertically and carefully release the figure. The underside has a sharp cutting edge, so do not put your fingers on the blade.

Crafting and modelling

You can also cut modelling clay, salt dough or Fimo with the cutter, for example for pendants or gift decorations. Once you have used a cutter for modelling materials, do not use it for food afterwards.
